When housing is uncertain, every part of a young person’s life can feel unstable. At 360 Youth Services, we provide safe, affirming housing and personalized support for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or unable to live with their families. Our programs go beyond shelter—they equip youth with the tools, guidance, and confidence to build a brighter future.
360 YS provides a comprehensive continuum of developmentally appropriate housing and trauma-informed support to youth across DuPage and Kane counties.
Whether helping youth escape domestic violence, rebuild after losing housing or transition from foster care, we meet young people where they are with empathy, flexibility and a belief in their potential.
For young people ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness with priority for those sleeping outside, in vehicles, or without safe housing. Our emergency shelter and other housing programs emphasize independence, responsibility, and personal growth, helping youth build the confidence and skills they need to thrive on their own.

Licensed, short-term, therapeutic 24/7 housing and support for boys ages 13-17 in foster care who cannot safely remain at home. Designed as a home-like environment, Cornerstone offers stability, structure, and care, helping youth develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed while preventing further involvement in the juvenile justice or child welfare systems.
The youth we serve are more than their circumstances. They are talented, determined and full of potential—but they often lack the safety nets and support systems needed to recover from trauma and pursue their goals. We use Housing First practices and a trauma-informed, harm reduction model, ensuring each youth is met where they are. Our staff work closely with participants to co-develop Individualized Goal Plans, reflecting their dreams and priorities.
360 Youth Services is committed to serving ALL youth, including providing identity-affirming care that ensures every young person feels safe and valued. This includes focused support for LGBTQ+ youth and youth of color, who often face additional risks related to homelessness, discrimination, and violence. We are one of only two providers in Illinois offering LGBTQ+-affirming transitional housing and have earned the Human Rights Campaign’s Inclusion Innovation Seal for our commitment to inclusive practices.
Serving youth across DuPage and Kane counties, 360 YS operates the only youth-specific housing programs of their kind outside Chicago. We support some of the region’s most vulnerable young people—those navigating homelessness, trauma, poverty, and system involvement—ensuring they have the foundation to break the cycle of homelessness and thrive. Our programs offer more than just a place to live—it’s a stepping stone toward independence.

Having experienced homelessness for several years as a minor—living on the streets, in shelters, and in DCFS care—she came to us with a deep sense of mistrust and uncertainty.
